I’m so happy you’re here, I’m Heather and I have been baking for all of my life, but professionally now for 12 years. I had a blast making so many wonderful wedding cakes for my amazing couples but decided to hang up my wedding cake apron in 2025 to focus on being a busy mum and baking for a wonderful little coffee shop in Knutsford, for those that remember coffee shops are where my roots began with my own place TSP. I love baking so much that I’ve now decided to open up my diary to take smaller orders that are much more manageable around a young family, and so much more fun to do!

At my home studio I craft small-batch breads, pastries, cakes and cookies that taste like home.
